Here are a couple pics from road stops on the way out of our area and a couple of her at one of the aquariums we attended. There were two aquariums she got to enjoy one at the Monterey Bay and the other at the Ca. Academy of Science.

When Elena saw this tank she ran right over and dropped right onto her tummy to view up close and personal.

Just about every statue and tree on the vacation she wanted to stop and hug. ; )

May Family Vacation

This year for Elena's 2nd Birthday we went on a family trip. We went many places and saw many things. This trip included: Golden Gate Park , The San Francisco Zoo, The California Academy of Science also in SF , Monterey Bay Aquarium and a park called Dennis the Mennis Park. We also attended a farmers market in Monterey Bay and watched lots of sea lions and otters in the wild on our trip .

2nd Birthday ( the finish to the pics)

Her favorite 3 things: balloon bouquet, tool w/ truck ( she is very, very good with her power drill), and her phonic fridge magnet.
Favorite part of the day for her was probably her "Noe" as she calls him but his name is really Noah coming over for dinner, cake and enjoying playing with all the new things and helping open presents.
Candle blowing for the first time ever: went magnificent! There was no hesitation and one puff and it was out!

2nd Birthday (part 3)

More there is indeed. You may notice an outfit or two difference...reason for this was we trickled gifts out all day ..it was an ALL day event. It was really nice doing it this way so all the fun wasn't over in a matter of minutes..she could play for a long time with new things then open more later on and everything got special turns and time with her undivided attention.

2nd Birthday

Here are many pictures for all to enjoy of Elena and her 2nd birthday. She got many, many toys and gifts. Here is a brief list of the lute: trucks, dresses, skirts, puzzle, books, kitchen, kitchen tools, phonics magnet toy, buckets, pants and the list goes on and on. Enjoy. By the way she enjoyed this years MUCH more than last years. The day started out with ripping and tearing all on her own..then as the day wore on she kept throwing them our ways quicker and quicker shouting "help me". By the end of the day too many presents to count later she was beat from opening them..it was funny.
