Elena Finishes 2nd Grade

Elena did outstanding this year! 2nd Grade was a huge year for Elena in many, many ways!

Growth in maturity and academically as well as getting out of her comfort zone and adapting to many new things and situations... just to name a few ways she amazed and impressed!

Elena's Enrichment Class

Elena attended three enrichment programs throughout the year (each one on Wednesdays early release days lasting for 8 weeks), dance 2 times and singing with Disney for the final class. Here she is performing for her first time with her class.

Ian Graduates Preschool

At the end of May 2017 Ian completed his second and final year of preschool..now he is off to Kindergarten when summer is done.

Ian's New Diet

This year was a big year, Ian was officially cleared to eat wheat, oats and barley! He is now on a regular diet with no restrictions

and has now got to try all things his sister has always talked about- woo woo!

Valentines Surprise

Elena decided to do one of the sweetest things ever, she made these place mats and breakfast in bed for Dad and I for Valentines day. SWEET GIRL!

Lots and Found Science Fair Project

Back in February we decided to enter into the Science Fair at school. Elena and her best friend Ella decided to work on effects of pressure on a volleyball being they were going onto a team together for volleyball. The theme for the fair was sports so it all worked out great and was great practice for the girls when this becomes mandatory as they get older. **The girls got ribbons for Honorable Mention so they were pretty tickled**

Elena Celebrates her 8th Birthday

Elena and her Best Friend went to Boomers to do a round of mini golf, rock wall climbing and go carts.

One of Elena's Birthday requests was for her to get her ears pierced. So now with a ready and willing girl we went with her Bestie and got the job done ; )

Easter Part 2

This Easter we built a swing set for the kids to enjoy over summer break...it is coming quick!! Ian's last day of pre school is May 25 with a performance and BBQ May 26 and Elena gets out June 14th. Hard to believe in August we will have one in Kinder and a 3rd grader!!!!!!!
