Recently mom and dad got the kids a see saw so they have one more thing in the yard to keep them entertained.

Cake Time

Ian was very funny this Birthday initiating the Happy Birthday song very loudly to himself..he really

knew how to kick things off! This boy loves his cake and loves chocolate!

Party Night

Ian had the family and one buddy over to celebrate.

Ian in the middle of the day before and after the cast. Then back to the house for a party with the fam!

He was extremely brave and did better then everyone expected. The doctor was also quite pleased with the healing the bone did and in that time.

Birthday Celebration Party Day

This was the morning of the whole family celebration. If you notice in the morning there is a cast on..and in the evening there is no more cast!

This year we did things very different. Due to Ian still having his cast on we did just an immediate family celebration where he got a present and balloons, got to pick what he wanted to do during the day ( within reason ) and went to Mc Donald's for dinner...his favorite. This was the actual day of. He chose lots of coloring on big papers taped to the floor and lots of playdoh play as well as playing with his newest Duplo set.
