Here is how Elena's new room looks. One day soon her wicker trunk will be cleaned up and repainted to join her room as well ( it will replace the box and hamper)..all within time.  ; )

This year for Dirk's 6th Birthday marker we went to Sullvang for our balloon release ...then we finished off the day with a sweet treat as you can see. Bitter & sweet day.

Carving Party

We had our first carving party...at least that is what I am calling it.  (1) Aunt and (2) uncles were there as well as mom, dad and a whole lotta sweets. We all had fun and laughs.
