 Next time we will bring a bag with a handle for Elena's finds so she doesnt have to make a basket out of her shirt.

Father's Day

D's request's for Father's Day were simple: coffee cake and a hike. Here we are not far at all from our house out on a leisurely hike in the Redwoods.

More glass beach

We had lots of fun clowning around as well as finding little treasures!

Glass Beach

A couple hour drive away and you get to glass beach. Beautiful beach with soft glass you can walk on and it feels so nice on your feet. The road over is a tough one for those of us who have car sickness....but Elena really handled things impressively with that! You could tell the sickness was worth the finds for her and all of us. The wind wasn't so cooperative for our picnic but we still had a great time! All in all I am sure we will go back!

Wrestling anyone? One of Ian's FAVORITE things to do is to attack you if you are laying on your back and bounce on your stomach....well mom is not the only one that gets this "treat" any more Elena now gets it too (and loves it). He loves how you literally belly ache as he bounces his biscuit.
