STATS

Ian was at the doctors today and he weighed in at 28.4 lbs..yes and not even 1 1/2 yet! Whheeww...Elena is showing about 40-42 lbs on the home scale. Both children have an appointment next month for a 1 1/2 year check up and a 4 year old check up so more stats to come then.

Elena 4 years old

Elena has really surprised us lately. On our trip Elena went under water with no encouragement...she went under over and over and over, then we got home and she wanted to practice more of writing. She tells us what she wants to write, we tell her the letters and this is how it all works out. (Mom and Dad)

Tuckered Out!

Here are the kids on the way home. We took the drive in one day on the way home and it took about 9 - 10 hours to make it. Our kids were troopers...tired little troopers.

Last Night

This is the last night on our trip. The girls stayed up late and played with glow bracelets. We listened to some music and they made things out of the glow sticks, VNOC made bracelets and Elena made a hula hoop.

Beaches

Beaches, tide pools and scenery. Everyone enjoyed playing and getting wet and dirty on the beach. We saw many things on this trip including sea lions, starfish, baby crabs and an awesome under boat aquarium show.

Light Houses

We visited 3 light houses on this trip..unfortunately none were open for touring but we did get to see the outside scenery. At one of the light houses they had an under sea garden for the kids to explore and touch everything, it was kind of like a kids museum where they could run and have lots of fun.

Made It!

We made it...here we are at our hotel. Pretty nice view huh?

 The girls REALLY enjoyed their nightly slumber parties together!

The last night of this trip we actually saw a group/ family of whales blow holes and humps from our rooms view (we did not get this on camera).
