While I was looking up free You Tube videos for Kettle bells the kids decided to join in the fun. Ian was lifting an apple

 (towards the end he worked up an appetite evidently) and Elena got a pineapple can..seemed more appropriate over the actual bells themselves they were trying to lift. Check out their moves, Elena has been begging to do more videos ever since then!
