MEXICO

Recently we had a family trip to Mexico. What fun we had as we all played in the water together and ate different foods. We stayed close to a week and on the trip was Me, my Dad, Mom, Oma and Opa. I really enjoyed the pool and the ocean. I would just B-Line right to either of them. I ate tons of guacamole and a whole lot of smoothies. I also got to hold a monkey and see dolphins, seals and manatees. I really ran a ton and sat like the adults ( no highchair ) at all the restaurants. I enjoyed socializing with all that would respond and enjoyed my time. Here are some pictures from that trip.

Pumpkin Patch

It was Elena's 2nd time at the pumpkin patch...but of course the first time she knows what is actually going on there ( well kind of ). She really enjoyed running around, playing in the hay maze, playing with some other kids and of course picking up EVERY pumpkin she could lift. So with her strength she was able to life quite a few. It was hard to narrow it down but we managed. Here are some pictures from that fun day.

Here is Elena in the house playing. She enjoys cleaning with the Swiffer just like Mommy, playing with her Monkey backpack and dressing up. These are just a few of her favorite things to do when inside.

No photo Needed

So as a proud doting parent...(and I know it is just a mere coincidence)...but Elena went pee pee in the potty tonight. I was going to put a picture as proof but figured I would spare all. But I know a lot of parents know this happy, proud, excited feeling. Elena has her own pot and gets practice with it as she sits on it with and without clothes throughout the day ( sometimes w/us using the bathroom and other times on her own ). Again I know it was coincidence...but it is still a big deal and makes me proud and hopeful for what the future will hold on the " potty training experience". Fingers crossed! ; )

make that 3 times as of 10/3 I guess we don't need to keep counting now -
We are so, so proud of this little girl of ours!!

Dress up

Here I am getting all dolled up for a wedding. I had lots of fun getting ready for it and even more attending it. I played with tons of little girls there just my size and age. What fun we had! I really enjoyed dancing and eating a lot of cake too!! You can catch some tid bits in the background of our new house.

Life is great

Here are a few pictures of my bike and my water table. I really enjoy playing in the yard...my favorite is the water table where I dump and drink the water ALL day long. I can never get too wet or play too long. Also included is a spare photo from my beach day.
